Thermochromic Powder Pigments

Color Changing Deals LLC offer NON-TOXIC Thermochromic Powder Pigments. They change color activated by temperature- Hot & Cold. Our Color Changing Powder Pigments have various colors and activation temperatures (the point when it changes).
When the temperature rises over certain degree, the pigment turns from one color to another or from color to colorless (translucent white). But the process is reversible- when it gets cold/hot, the pigment turns back to its original color.
Mix it with CLEAR or WHITE glue, varnish, paints, epoxy resin, silicone, nail polish, candle wax, hair dye/gels/mousse, Mod Podge, liquid plastics/polymers, or any medium corresponding with the surface you want to apply on.
 
Your room temperature, the temperature of your binder and your hands play a role in the color changing process.  
 
The pigment doesn't mix with water directly. If you’re not sure what to mix the pigment with, we offer pre-mixed, ready to use :
 
Thermochromic Paint - could be applied on paper, ceramic, metal, plastic, glass, wood, rubber, canvas and many more
Thermochromic Fabric Paint - could be applied on any type of fabric/textile, leather and shoes
Magic Paint - Universal Heat Reactive Color Changing Paint that can be applied on all surfaces and changes color by hand touch.

If you like your product to change color by hand touch, choose activation temperatures 72°F(22°C),  77°F(25°C) or 82°F(28°C). Consider the temperature in your room at the time of the experiment and pick a variation accordingly. 
 
For Color Changing Slime and Play-Doh - choose activation temperature 72°F(22°C) or 77°F(25°C).
 
For cosmetics, Color Changing Shoes & T-Shirts choose activation temperatures 82°F(28°C) or 88°F(31°C).
